Cambodian Water Supply Association (CWA) is a local professional association and a service provider to both in urban and rural water supply operators in Cambodia. We work closely with water service providers throughout the country, development partners\u2014USAID (through WASH-FIN Program), World Bank, UNICEF, WHO, AFD, JICA, DFAT, 3i, GRET, Water.org, WaterAid, etc., banks, supplying companies, and relevant ministries to bring clean, safe, and affordable water to all Cambodian people. Our roles are: (1) to support and promote cooperation among water operators in Cambodia, (2) to enhance knowledge and technical skills based upon leading practices in Cambodia, and (3) to encourage the sustainability expansion of water supply services in Cambodia.<\/p>\n

We are currently looking for: Financial Business Specialist<\/strong> (Full Time) based in Phnom Penh.<\/p>\n

SALARY and BENEFIT: Annual salary range up to USD19,370<\/strong> plus other benefits.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>OB DESCRIPTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Financial Business Specialist (FBS) will be reporting to the Business Development Manager. The Financial Business Specialist (FBS) will provide financial business support services and capacity building to Water Supply Operators and relevant stakeholders. S\/he is responsible for an overall management of CWA\u2019s water supply financial business services and business management capacity building to ensure that the projects and services achieve their intended result and meet customer(s) satisfaction. The main roles for the position are to:<\/p>\n

  1. Review water business plan and advise on business loan application, and loan negotiation<\/li>\n
  2. Conduct water business assessment and prepare water business plan<\/li>\n
  3. Provide one-on- one business financial consulting to water operators<\/li>\n
  4. Assist water operators , financial institution(s ) and bank(s) with business loan preparation and technical assistance<\/li>\n
  5. Coordinate\/facilitate the communication between financial institution(s) and MIH regarding to legal support and requirement<\/li>\n
  6. Develop and deliver business and financial concepts including business financials, tax preparation, and basic bookkeeping<\/li>\n
  7. Corresponding with relevant partner s and private water operators, and maintain good relationship<\/li>\n
  8. Perform other tasks as requested by supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
