{"id":3841,"date":"2019-12-18T09:12:58","date_gmt":"2019-12-18T02:12:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cwa.org.kh\/?p=3841"},"modified":"2019-12-18T10:45:47","modified_gmt":"2026-07-30T07:05:08","slug":"job-announcement-technical-specialist","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cwa.org.kh\/?p=3841","title":{"rendered":"Job Announcement-Technical Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Project Data<\/h1>\n<table style=\"height: 144px;\" width=\"648\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"114\"><strong>Project title:<\/strong><\/td>\n<td colspan=\"3\" width=\"510\"><strong>Technical Specialist <\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"114\"><strong>Country:<\/strong><\/td>\n<td colspan=\"3\" width=\"510\">Cambodia<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"114\"><strong>Start date:<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"180\"><\/td>\n<td width=\"108\"><strong>End date:<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"222\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h1>Purpose<\/h1>\n<p>The purpose of this consultancy is to assist Cambodian Water Supply Association (CWA) in<\/p>\n<p>(1) Provide technical training to the CWA Technical Team on technical practice aspect and report(s) writing.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Reviewing technical practice aspect, and as well as improving the technical assessment report of the seven (7) Private Water Operators (PWOs).<\/p>\n<h1>Scope of Work (SOW)<\/h1>\n<p>SOW of this assignment are as following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Training Staff:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>In classroom training to technical team focus on technical data collection and assessment, asset valuation, and writing technical assessment report(s) to improving the PWOs\u2019 creditworthiness showcase preparation for the financial institutions, in attractive of providing loan(s) to improve piped water services in Cambodia;<\/li>\n<li>On-site coaching to one-on-one to one (1) of the private water operator for case study;<\/li>\n<li>Training performance evaluation based on the technical assessment report produced by each participant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reviewing Report:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviewing and improving the PWOs\u2019 report (s), including the (9 technical assessment reports).
